Questions we hear a lot
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind, we come and look at the property, and you get a written price before any work starts. The estimate is the price.
How often do you mow?
Weekly through the growing season, on the same day each week wherever the weather allows. If a wet week pushes us back a day, we let you know.
What does a fall cleanup include?
Leaves raked and hauled away, beds cut back and cleared, and a final mow so the lawn goes into winter short and clean. Gutters can be cleared at the same visit if you ask.
Do you plow snow?
Yes, for our regular customers in Penfield and the nearby towns. Ask before the first snow and we will put you on the route.
Do you build patios, walkways and retaining walls?
Yes. Pavers, walkways, retaining walls and fire pits are a big part of what we do. Send a photo of the space and a rough idea of what you want, and we will talk through the options and a price.
Which towns do you cover?
Penfield, Fairport, Pittsford and Webster, and the rest of Monroe County for larger jobs. If you are just outside that, ask.
Do I need to be home?
No. For mowing and cleanups we only need the gates unlocked and the yard clear of anything we would have to move. For a patio or wall we agree the details with you before we start.
How do I pay?
We invoice when the work is done. Regular mowing customers are billed once a month.
